My Mom is the absolute best mom any girl could ever have in her entire lifetime. Her name is Margaret Chase. She is 33, divorced, remarried to Brian Chase, has 2 kids (me and Josh), and three stepkids (Ian, Mikayla, and Austin.) Her birthday is November 18th, 1976. She has green eyes, and natural brown hair. She is 5'4". She weighs like 140. She loves when Brian paints her fingernails and toenails. Her favorite colors are blue and yellow. The most important people in her life are me, Josh, her Dad, and Brian. She loves Americana stuff. Our living room is decked out in it. She loves the words faith, hope, and love. Her favorite tv shows include Grey's Anatomy, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Big Brother, American Idol, Survivor, and many more. She's a reality show junky. Her favorite meal is roast, potatoes, and carrots. Her favorite NASCAR driver is Juan Pablo Montoya or however you spell it. She is just plain AWESOME!

My mom helps me anytime I need her. I know I'm not as helpful but I really do try to help her like she helps me. We tell each other basically everything. She has helped me through everything. Every time I need her, even if I'm not with her, I can always call or text her and she answers. I have a bond with my mom not much people have... I know my mom has always wanted that with her mom and I can't imagine what I would do if I didn't. I turned out just like my mom. Every time someone says something I automatically come up with a really good smart elic comment or a good comeback... This has got me in trouble a few times but I love my gift... :)

Like I said, I really love my Mom and I cannot imagine what I would do without her.

Oliver.... AKA The CUTEST Puppy You Will See In Your Entire Lifetime!!!

Oh, Oliver... I love that puppy..... When I need to charge my laptop and sit on the floor, he'll come up beside me and try to type on the keyboard with his nose. (Yes I know he doesn't have much of a nose but he tries so hard!!!) He will get right up next to me and sit. I think he reads all of my conversations on Facebook and everything. But I don't care it's not like he'll tell anyone... LoL. When Oliver gets one of his toys stuck under the coffee table, under the chair, or under the piano bench I'm usually the one who gets it so now when he gets it stuck he usually comes crying to me... But it doesn't bother me. Oliver always listens me sing to music on my iPod and he never complains.. (Well, he's usually sleeping!!) And he also watches me dance in my room. He tries to sing along if I have my iPod blaring on the iHome. Like I said.... Oh, Oliver..... I love that puppy!!! :)

Ahh... The Joys Of The World.....

The joy of MY world right now is my super awesome iPod....I only have 42 songs, 4 music videos, two episodes of Spongebob, and one episode of iCarly but still!! I love it. It is purple, with a purple case, and purple earphones. I also have a purple iHome for it. You know what my favorite color is.......??? GREEN!!!! Just kidding it's purple lol. I love my iPod..... I recommend it to any person who loves listening to music as much as I do...... :)

Oliver, My Wonderful Puppy.....

Oliver... Wow I really love that dog.. He's hilarious!! To show you that I will tell you a story that just happened today: Well, some lady from Mom's work gave Brian a tv. Mom took the old tv out of their room and put it in Ian's room and put the new tv in their room. Ian had a tv already so they took it out and just sat it in the living room, not knowing what to do with it. Oliver came walking by, just dilly dallying and once he saw his reflection in the tv he went bazzerk!!! He started barking and barking and barking!!! Just over and over barking at his own reflection. Hilarious!! I couldn't quit laughing!!! I mean, he was barking so hard he was running out of breath!! He would bark for like five minutes and then take a break.
You gotta love Oliver.....

I'm sorry, I really am.....

Well, I'm sorry I haven't posted a blog in like forever... I really haven't been busy, it's just that I forgot my password :) lol. I'm sorry, I really am....

My Brother

Josh, well Josh is my brother. He is autistic. He is also 14 years old. I know he is autistic, but sometimes, he takes it too far. He tries to blame everything on just that. Some things just don't relate to that. Josh is a very loving person to everyone. (Well my Mom anyway). Every single time he walks by her he says this exact thing EVERY SINGLE TIME: Hi Mom. How was your day? Can I have a kiss? And while he says this he hugs her. Now I think this is funny, but my Mom not so much. Now, every time my Mom walks by, she says the same thing. Josh hates it on the inside but he tries so hard to make it seem like it doesn't bother him. I still think it's funny either way. I love him to death but it's so funny, some of the stuff he does. The other day, he came in the kitchen and asked what's for supper. I told him and he went in the living room for like 5 seconds and then came back in the kitchen. He asked what's for supper, plain as day. We told him again and then started cracking up. He never got it. I love him.

My First Blog

OK, this is my first blogging session. My name is Marissa Cox. I am 12 years old. I live in a small, quiet little town called Vandalia, MO. I have a pretty simple life. I live with my Mom, brother, Josh, stepbrother, Ian, and Step dad, Brian. My parents are obviously separated. Well, I am getting ideas for my next blog entry so I guess this one is over.
